"KitoKito" was developed by NORTHERN LIGHTS, based in Toyama, Hokuriku, with the goal of creating the world's most stationary lure. It targets even large predators that feed on plankton (free-floating organisms). The unique center-of-gravity shifting system, which allows the main weight to move, achieves stable casting distance. The front stabilizer, which takes advantage of the squid's shape, maintains the target range, while the rear keel significantly improves straightness during retrieval. When stopped, the lateral water current creates a swaying action. It also serves to limit the hook's range of motion, allowing for the use of a larger, stronger hook than lures of the same size, expanding the targeting possibilities. The floating feel and presence unique to plugs allow for approaches that are difficult to achieve with worms, such as floating and catching. Experience the strength of this novel squid-shaped lure, known for its "weakness."
