D3 JIGS

Off the coast of Sotobo, Chiba Prefecture. A horizontally mobile metal jig created based on the strategy of capturing amberjack migrating in the vast 15-30m shallow roots that extend from Katsuura to Ohara. I thought that a highly maneuverable jig that responds like a minnow near the bottom is necessary to attract fish in horizontal and diagonal trajectories by casting and jerking.

The input and gravity balance are specially designed for horizontal movement, achieving high followability for high-speed action that cannot be achieved with conventional vertical jigs. The excellent start-up that responds to rod work as light as turning the wrist, and the turning performance that follows continuous movements, enable high-speed combinations that incorporate changes in invitation such as short, one-pitch, twitch, and stop. D-3's performance is maximized by controlling it with fast-paced rod work.
